The portrait of your pet is commissioned for personal use only and should not be used for commercial purposes or financial gain. Claire retains full copyright on all her work.

Claire will respond to all email enquiries within two days. If you have not received a response within this time please re-send your email in case it was not received.

If you choose to cancel your order, please inform Claire as soon as possible. Claire may require a cancellation fee of 20% of the cost of the portrait.

All pet portraits are supplied unframed.

Completed pet portraits will be displayed on the Gallery page of this website and the contents of your emails to Claire may be displayed on the Testimonials page. However, if you do not wish this to happen, simply let Claire know prior to completion.
