Email claire@claireharristheartist.co.uk with your name and contact details and the type of portrait you would like. Please include details of your pet, the size of the portrait and any special requests you may have.

Claire will reply within a couple of days to provide an indication of price and to advise how long the portrait will take to complete*. If you choose to proceed she will request that you send a good clear photograph of your pet (see Photo Tips for details) by email or post. Claire will take good care of all your photographs and she will return them in the same condition in which they were received.

A 20% deposit will also be required at this stage. This can be paid by cheque and sent in the post. Once received by Claire, she will commence work on your pet's portrait immediately.

*Your portrait will usually be completed within 4 - 8 weeks but shorter deadlines can often be met for special occasions. This should be requested at the time of ordering.

On completion of your pet's portrait Claire will email you with the invoice and a scanned image of the portrait to check that you are happy with it. If you are not satisfied with the portrait there is no obligation to pay and Claire will refund your deposit!

If you are happy with your pet's portrait, you must forward payment within fourteen days. Claire will confirm receipt of payment by email and immediately despatch your pet's portrait.

Claire will carefully package the portrait and send it to yourself by special delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of post and packaging which will be itemised on your invoice. If you live locally to Claire in Bristol, collection or delivery may be possible without the cost of post and packaging.

Claire may choose to place your pet's portrait in the gallery on this website so please let her know if you have any objections.
